NLSLF Affiliated Scholars teach (and practice) nationwide. We have handled hundreds of cases, and at every level in almost every court or jurisdiction, i.e., in the Supreme Court of the United States (“SCOTUS”), in every federal circuit, and in the trial or appellate courts in every federal circuit and almost every state in the nation.
