Prof. Allan R. Stein New York University Law School, J.D. (with honors); Haverford College B.A. (with honors); Order of the Coif. He is Professor at Rutgers University Law School -Camden. He is the co-author of a leading casebook, CIVIL PROCEDURE: THEORY AND PRACTICE (2001) (with NYU Law Professor Linda J. Silberman), and is the author of nearly a dozen articles on civil procedure, federalism, jurisdiction, published in such journals as the YALE LAW JOURNAL, NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY LAW REVIEW, TEXAS LAW REVIEW, UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA LAW REVIEW, UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO LAW FORUM, RUTGERS LAW JOURNAL, and NEW ENGLAND LAW REVIEW. He was Reporter to the American College of Trial Lawyers Project on Mass Torts.
